SACDEP Programs

To achieve its Goals and Objectives, the Organization is structured into 3 arms (supportive legs).

These Arms are:-

  1. Arm 1    :   Community Direct Reach, Organization, Training and Empowerment
  2. Arm 2    :   Technical Training and Research
  3. Arm 3    :   Self – Financing Initiatives

Arms 1 and 2 have been fully established and are currently in operation with 8500 families have been working with SACDEP staff on annual basis.

Sector 3 kicked off last year and is currently undertaking construction of the School of Sustainable Agriculture in East Africa. The sector has developed a curriculum for training technical staff in the principles and practices of Sustainable Agriculture.
